Staffbase Email Product Accessibility

At Staffbase, we are committed to digital accessibility. We believe that accessibility is essential, and we want everyone to be able to use our tools.

What we are doing

Staffbase Email meets the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard for accessibility. We voluntarily engaged with Level Access to audit our product, and ensure it is accessible for all our customers. Making our products accessible is an ongoing process, and we are constantly working to bring accessibility-related updates on a regular basis. We continue working with Level Access to make the rest of the Staffbase platform accessible to everyone.

Our recommendations to Screen Readers and browsers

Generally, you can use any available assistive technology that works best for your particular needs. To ensure a better experience, we recommend using the following:

  • macOS: the latest version of Safari with Voice Over technology which is built into the operating system.
  • Windows: the latest version of Edge or Google Chrome browsers combined with the latest version of NVDA or JAWS.
