Blackboard gives your employees a platform to sell their personal belongings. It makes sense to set an administrator who can make sure that no commercial items are offered.

How does it look to users?
Provide a specific employee channel. Let them share pictures with colleagues to sell their private belongings. Be able to provide the page as an extern page (not included to news). Learn how to create such a channel in Best Practices.
Blackboard user view. Users can make comments and like articles. They’re also able to share pictures with descriptions.
How does it look for admins?
Provide different Blackboards for different locations. Edit the user group in settings of the news channel.
