In case of illness, employees must give their employer a doctor’s “sick note” if they’re away from work for more than a certain number of days. To receive this information as quickly as possible, you can provide a submission form within your employee app where employees can upload a picture of their sick note.
This will simplify and speed up the process of reporting illness. In addition, severely ill employees won’t have to go into work or to the post office to hand in their sick note.
How does it look to users?
With the forms plugin, employees can upload a picture of their sick note within the app.
How does it look to admins?
Specific recipients can be added to the form in the settings.
