Account Executive Team Lead DACH

Chemnitz − Dresden − Cologne − Munich

As our Account Executive Team Lead you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the Digital (SMB)  Account Executive team of currently 4 people, which is spread in the different office locations in Germany. 

This exciting position requires an individual with several years of closing experience in a fast growing SaaS environment who is passionate about supporting and helping a growing and diverse team.

This role can be based in any of our German offices (Cologne, Chemnitz, Dresden or Munich).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall team performance and work together with the team towards quarterly and yearly goals
  • Enable the team and grow their performance by supporting and coaching (negotiation,  procurement calls, closing etc.)
  • Report periodically on activity and performance of team
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership team by identifying strengths and areas of development for the sales team based on current skills, processes, and knowledge
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing a world-class sales team to support the revenue targets for the business

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota carrying technology sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Strong track record of negotiating, structuring and executing complex sales agreements
  • Flexibility to travel at least twice a week to the different office locations and to customer’s onsites
  • You are passionate about helping your team members to close the deals and to overachieve their targets
  • You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
