Hiring and Onboarding during COVID-19

The coronavirus (COVID-19) has been stirring up the world. The situation is nothing we know and we are slowly adapting to the new normal. Almost everyone in our offices is working from home. Which makes you wonder what it’s like to apply for a job at Staffbase at the moment. We have collected all necessary information in a FAQ, trying to answer as many of your questions as possible.

In case you don’t find what you’re looking for, contact us via email: recruiting@staffbase.com.

We follow the official government guidelines respectively and also the WHO guidelines. Most of our employees work from home. We are committed to social responsibilities and make our own contribution to #flattenthecurve. Together we work remotely. Therefore, job interviews will take place via telephone or video.

You can still apply at Staffbase for all open positions. For now, the only difference is the job interview process: all interviews are conducted remotely.

Nothing changes here. Send your CV via the website to apply for the job you like. The recruiter will contact you to discuss further procedure.

Congratulations! We’re looking forward to seeing you. Your contract will be sent to you digitally, so you can sign it and return it. We also developed a remote onboarding journey, our People Experience team will reach out to you.

Your new team will do everything in their power to get you started smoothly.

Most borders are closed at the moment. At this moment we can’t say for sure when the relocation of applicants will be possible again. Please reach out to your recruiter for the individual case. However, we would like to emphasize that due to security reasons we cannot consider candidates living abroad as we normally do.

Our employees’ health is the most important thing. Therefore, we follow the official advice and guidelines from the government as well as the WHO. 95% of the office works from home. If colleagues come to the office, they are obliged to keep a 1,5 meters distance. We provide hand sanitizer in all offices. Moreover, we have developed concepts for further re-opening in the offices. Interviews are taken via video or telephone. In this way, we hope to be able to continue as normal as possible, keeping the chance of infections small.
