Customer Marketing Manager

Our Customer Experience Team produces materials to create value and the best possible experience for our customers throughout the customer life cycle. 

As a Customer Marketing Manager you will be owning and independently managing projects that are targeted at conceptualising, planning, and producing a variety of content formats and materials. This role can be based in Chemnitz, Leipzig, Dresden, Berlin, Cologne or Munich.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Strategically plan, set up and oversee the creation and timely implementation of new content formats and material, such as
    • New modules for our e-Learning platform
    • Customer Newsletters for different global markets
    • Video tutorials for technical enablement
    • Customer Community Events
    • Print material 
    • Event-based and seasonal campaigns
    • and more
  • Gather knowledge from experts in the Internal Communications industry and apply them to the Staffbase product and the target audience
  • Brainstorm and pitch your own ideas for content formats and material to the Teamlead Customer Experience
  • Flag and account for necessary resources (personnel and financial resources) related to your projects
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing and Product Education, to align content strategy across Staffbase  

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in business studies, economics, marketing or similar or an equivalent professional education
  • Knowledge about pedagogical approaches and best-practices in e-learning 
  • Experience in creating marketing and product education content for digital products
  • Video production experience, design experience, familiarity in working with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English which cater to the needs of the audience 
  • experience in catering to a complex and diverse customer base, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, using a portfolio of channels and tools
  • You are passionate about your customers’ satisfaction and success 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
