Our global Marketing team is a creative group of 40+  people ranging from content writers, designers, performance marketers to event planners. Some of us ensure that our homepage and blog design is clean and simple. Others pitch journalists, develop brand materials, tell compelling stories, and tackle complex business issues. We work as one with teams across the business, ensuring all the brilliant products, features, and content we create get seen, heard, and shouted about.

We are currently looking for an experienced marketing lead for our UK & Benelux region. You will own our regional marketing strategy and work very closely with our global marketing teams in demand generation, content and brand as well as with our regional sales teams. 

This role is ideally based in our London or Amsterdam offices.  

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Build out our regional marketing team in the UK & Benelux. Develop and motivate existing and new team members and support them in their career progression. Set quarterly team goals (OKRs) and evaluate performance and areas for optimization
  • Strategically plan, execute, and measure integrated inbound campaigns in accordance with our global marketing initiatives and regional needs to attract new prospects to Staffbase
  • Support our regional ABM efforts by creating regular campaigns that educate and engage our enterprise prospects in collaboration with our sales development team
  • Set up our complete events strategy ranging from Staffbase-owned events like our annual Voices conference, webinars or third-party events. You have full ownership in which events we attend or sponsor
  • Set the strategic direction for our PR efforts together with our regional PR agency positioning Staffbase as the thought leader for employee communications
  • Ensure Staffbase and our customers are represented at the most important industry awards and share their knowledge at third-party-events
  • Produce regional content such as testimonials or customer case studies and distribute these via our owned channels
  • Work closely with our global content and demand gen teams in defining content & performance needs for the region
  • Monitor, analyze and report key campaign metrics to our VP Marketing and share learnings and best practices to improve campaign performance
  • Own the budget and strategic planning for the region and nurture and maintain a strong relationship with the regional Sales team

 

Your profile:

  • 5+ years in a marketing position. Previous experience in B2B / SaaS marketing is a huge plus 
  • Team lead experience and passion for developing team members
  • Proven track record of campaign strategy creation and execution
  • Analytical mind-set and attention to detail 
  • Proactivity and high sense of ownership coupled with a strong growth mindset
  • Flexibility and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment working cross-functionally with various marketing & sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
