Junior Tech Recruiter
We are a global $145 mil Series D SaaS organisation that is growing exponentially and now looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition Team.
Our recruiters strive to provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as business partners to our hiring managers for any recruitment-related topics. Together with your colleagues, you will utilise your recruitment and sourcing skills to attract the best talent to join our growing company!
In this role, you will focus on growing our Product Organisation in Germany.
Your tasks include:
- Full-cycle recruitment across Product and Engineering teams
- software engineering, product management, UX and related roles
- on-site in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz, Berlin as well as remotely across Germany
- Use sourcing techniques to reach out to passive candidates
- Engage active and passive candidates using effective messaging skills
- Provide excellent candidate experience from the day they apply until you close the role
- Think of creative ways to make Staffbase visible on the market and in regions we are operating
- Work on projects related to employer branding, candidate experience, interview trainings etc.
- Keep our application tracking system (Greenhouse) up-to-date
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and technology
- Previous recruitment experience is a big plus
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- You’re a team player and self-motivator with great social skills
