Lead Management Specialist - Sales

Chemnitz − Cologne

We are looking for a Lead Management Specialist who is passionate about data quality and will support us with enrichment and expansion of our sales-related records. In this role, you will also work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to support and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. Your tasks:

  • Support the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process
  • Track, research and flag Inbound leads and re-engaged contacts related to strategic accounts
  • Maintain end-user (prospect/customer) database
  • Manage contact information and reference lists
  • Help defining data profile/fields for leads, prospects and customers
  • Source or enrich contacts for ABM accounts
  • Prepare lists for outbound/ ABM campaign management and coordinate mailing logistics
  • Work closely with the Business Systems Manager to generate further CRM/Marketing automation processes
  • Maintain database integrity

Your profile:

  • A business-related Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in a B2B environment in outbound marketing or sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially experience with Salesforce is a great benefit
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Office tools
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Fluent English and German skills
