As the Director of Enterprise Business Systems, you will play an instrumental role in developing the company’s internal technology stack, encompassing vital platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture, technical leadership, customer-centric focus, and team management.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the company's entire technology stack, including Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Ensuring smooth operation and optimization of our Platforms.
  • Leading a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of business systems, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support the company's growth and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to business systems, providing timely resolution and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending adoption where appropriate.
  • Act as an enterprise architect, designing and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our business systems.

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role overseeing business systems and technology infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce platforms, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Proven track record of driving technology initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
