What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and develop the EMEA Product Recruitment team at Staffbase with a data-driven approach
  • Own hiring plans and forecasts for product recruitment, steer product recruiting agencies and maintain data and ATS integrity for all product roles
  • Collaborate with TA Leadership on the definition and development of our global recruitment strategy as well as the design and implementation of best practices and processes
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse engineering roles, including kick-offs, screening, shortlisting, candidate communication and offer negotiation
  • Actively build up a talent community and network via employer branding activities, f.e. job fairs, meetups, network events and oversee the recruitment of product campus recruitment
  • Own and drive the global sourcing and proactive recruitment strategy, enable recruitment team members in sourcing and outreach techniques and implement best practices in the team
  • Build reports for key areas of the business, and improve performance in global recruitment team through KPIs, targets and surveys
What you need to be successful
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in tech recruitment, of which at least 1+ years in a leadership role
  • Work experience in a high scaling, product-led/tech environment
  • Demonstrated success in building up talent communities for product/engineering
  • People management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and inspire others
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with leading and steering global talent acquisition projects
  • Data-driven recruitment and leadership approach with a strong business acumen
  • Extensive sourcing experience beyond classic channels and methods
  • A proactive mindset, coaching and development enthusiast and absolute team player
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German language
