Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Enablement, the Manager Sales Enablement EMEA will be responsible for leading the regional EMEA Sales Enablement team to support the growth impact and productivity of the EMEA sales organization. You will be responsible for the strategy-aligned execution, and leading the optimization of the knowledge, training and materials that the Sales team needs to succeed. You will be also taking part in delivering projects contributing to the quality and efficiency of our global sales enablement function. This will be a cross-functional role, working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany or in a hybrid mode, associated with one of our German offices (Berlin, Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Cologne, Munich).

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the EMEA Sales Enablement Team and Enablement Initiatives 
  • Head up sales onboarding for the EMEA region
  • Support sales leaders in their mentorship / coaching efforts of their sales teams
  • Oversee the design and execution of sales driven enablement events and initiatives
  • Contribute to the build and maturity of our global enablement function
  • Participate in delivery of projects impacting the region, or our global enablement function
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development of enablement tools and generate materials leading to higher productivity of our sales team

What you'll need to be successful: 

  • Min 3+ years experience in an enablement type function
  • Min 3+ years of leadership experience in a sales or enablement type function
  • Superior communication and facilitation skills
  • High degree of initiative and creativity
  • Ability to design, build and execute enablement programs
  • A passion for learning and all things sales performance
  • Business fluent German and English language skills
  • Experience working in sales and with sales teams is a plus
  • Flexibility with travel to our European office locations
