As our Post-Merger Integration Manager IT & Information Security, you will report directly to our Chief Information Security Officer. Staffbase is currently merging with two recently acquired organizations. While both organizations already have their existing IT landscape as well as IT and Information Security procedures in place, this position will coordinate the Post Merger Integration (PMI) from an IT and Information Security perspective. Staffbase is providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to its customers. Thus, the Staffbase IT landscape heavily relies on SaaS as well. We are looking for someone who has a hands-on approach in day-to-day work, enjoys a fast pace and enjoys daily interactions with a lot of people.

This is a permanent full-time position and needs to be based in EMEA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Becoming responsible for analyzing the existing IT and Information Security culture and helping adapt it to the Staffbase culture.
  • Identifying the IT and Information Security requirements of the acquired companies
  • Support the Information Security team with integrating acquired companies into our existing security certifications (SOC2, ISO, etc).
  • Interfacing directly with vendors (calls, emails, etc) and internal teams regarding tool, process, and policy merging.
  • Creating and executing a PMI roadmap for IT and Information Security processes as well as IT landscape

What you need to be successful:

  • Excellent project management skills, being able to manage complexity and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in merging existing IT landscape as part of PMI
  • Experience in analyzing IT and Information Security processes and successfully merging them in a fast growing organization
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to adapt communication style to different stakeholders (including top management) and situations
  • As a plus: Experience with an ISMS based on ISO 27001 or BSI IT Grundschutz (IT baseline protection)
