The Opportunity

Are you our next Renewal Manager (Client Success Manager, focused on renewals)? We’re looking for someone to have roughly 2 to 5 years of industry experience to join our amazing Customer Success team. As our Renewal Manager, you will be the go-to person for our customers in North America who wish to renew their contract with Staffbase and cultivate the best practices around renewals. You will be responsible for assisting our Customer Success team in their efforts working with their customers by ensuring a smooth renewal process.

Your tasks include carrying contractual work and owning conversations with customers’ legal and procurement teams. You will be an integral part of Staffbase’s Customer Success team and work closely with our Customer Success Managers, Legal Team, Billing and Finance team to ensure the long-term success of our customers.

What you’ll be up to:

  • Work with the CS leadership team to develop and refine the renewal process
  • You will be responsible for all facets of contract renewal for all customers and other contractual work like DPAs, Downsells and RfPs
  • Carry conversations and build rapport with customers and their procurement teams
  • Position services and escalate pain points to the Sales, Legal, Finance and Customer Success team
  • Refine renewal strategies that proactively engage a client in chopping the churn rates

What you’ll come with:

  • Experience in the fields of sales, customer success, or renewals in the SaaS B2B industry
  • Knowledge of contractual work
  • Customer-oriented
  • An ability to operate at scale, handling a large volume of accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to operate under strict deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Aptitude and flair for automation and workflow procedures is a plus.
