We are a global $145 mil Series D SaaS organization that is growing exponentially and looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist for the DACH market ​to join our high-caliber Sales team in Germany! 

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, reporting to the Global Head of Sales Enablement, you will work with regional leaders and the sales organisation to increase team performance. You will be also taking part in delivering projects leading to the growth of our global sales enablement function.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany or in a hybrid mode, associated with one of our German offices (Berlin, Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Cologne, Munich).

Your tasks include:

  • Head up sales onboarding for the DACH region
  • Support sales leaders in their mentorship / coaching efforts of their sales teams
  • Build and lead sales driven enablement events 
  • Contribute to the build and maturity of our global enablement function
  • Participate in delivery of projects impacting the region, or our global enablement function
  • Support enablement tools and generate materials leading to higher productivity of our sales team

Your profile:

  • Min 3+ years experience in an enablement type function
  • Superior communication and facilitation skills
  • High degree of initiative and creativity
  • Ability to design, build and execute enablement programs
  • A passion for learning and all things sales performance
  • Business fluent German and English language skills
  • Experience working in sales and with sales teams a plus
  • Flexibility with travel to our European office locations
