We are looking for our first dedicated sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team. What makes this opportunity so exciting? It is an opportunity to completely leave your mark by building our sourcing strategy and function from scratch, bringing your expertise with data and reporting so our hiring managers and recruiters can make data driven decisions and you will have all the autonomy to challenge the status quo with your out of the box creative ideas.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage, discover and partner with the available talent in the market to build/strengthen our pipelines for current and future opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers, talent acquisition and employer branding team to define skill gaps across all teams/functions
  • Leverage the TA team to advise, create and design search strategies
  • Track relevant data towards your pipeline activity and key results regularly and share them with the internal stakeholders.
  • Use our ATS reporting to identify current and potential bottlenecks and advise your internal stakeholders
  • Chance to build the sourcing function, reporting and talent pool from scratch

What you need to be successful

  • Passion for discovering, searching and engaging with talent internationally
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced sourcing activities
  • Amazing sourcing techniques, Boolean searches and sources beyond LinkedIn
  • Affinity with data and ability to create insights from and make informed decisions 
  • Ability to work independently and think out of the box. You like to “break” things apart in order to improve the status quo
  • Commitment to hiring people from underrepresented groups and creating a diverse workforce
  • Solid communication skills in English with the ability to draft compelling narratives for our potential candidates, German is a plus
