Team Lead Talent Acquisition

As our Team Lead Talent Acquisition you will play a crucial role in the continuous growth of our company and make sure we have bright and diverse minds on board to conquer the world of internal comms. Next to that, you will deliver a strategic roadmap and demonstrate your hands-on recruiting skills. You will also be in charge of leading and developing a highly motivated and growing team of recruiters and employer branding specialists and continue to build a world-class team that can scale to support the company. You will directly report to the VP People Experience.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • You and your team will be supporting Hiring Managers on the hiring processes, consult on strategy and upskill the parties involved
  • You are responsible for formulating our TA strategy and implementing a growth mindset in all of our processes
  • You contribute to workforce and budget planning and resource forecasting by working with the Business Operations team to feed into recruitment timelines and hiring costs
  • You will lead the development and implementation of our employer branding strategy for the regions in cooperation with the wider team, i.e. creating advertising and employer branding campaigns and taking part in external events
  • You will actively track and optimize our data-driven recruiting approach in regards to analytics and international expansion, while ensuring a first-class candidate journey
  • Next to your leadership role, you will be responsible for recruiting selected key positions in collaboration with our hiring managers
  • You are responsible for tool renewals and agency agreements

 

Your profile:

  • You thrive in a dynamic business environment and embrace growth phases
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a supervising role in recruitment or employer branding
  • You are always informed about the latest trends in Talent Acquisition and constantly seek out opportunities for improvement
  • You have previously gained experiences in building up an employer brand
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Recruiting experience in a fast-growing SaaS company is a plus
