Training Specialist - Customer Success

As a Training Specialist, you build, deliver, and measure the success of Customer Success training for our customer-facing functions. By that, you help to quickly ramp up new colleagues and ensure an effective, ongoing build of expertise and skills that will make teams more productive and successful. Your impact will be pivotal for the long-term healthy growth of our Customer Success Organization. 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • You build engaging training materials by applying a healthy mix of modalities
  • You help deliver training and workshops to shape an effective and remote-ready training environment for Customer Success team and our partners
  • Revise current training materials 
  • Keep training courses organized and easy to find within our Learning Management system
  • You establish KPIs and create a measurement framework to monitor and report the effectiveness, efficiency, and participant satisfaction of your initiatives 
  • You develop a maintenance concept for our training content
  • You collaborate closely with our Learning Partners and Enablement functions
  • You stay up to date with pioneers’ training practices and constantly work towards training state of the art

Your profile: 

  • You have two years of experience in building and delivering enablement training in Customer Success/ HR / PX or Onboarding
  • Experiences in fast-growing SaaS companies would be a huge plus
  • You work highly analytical, are strongly data-driven, translate your findings into solutions and operationalize them
  • You are tech-savvy, with the interest and ability to deal with internal communication software products
  • You are familiar with different learning management and content creation tools
  • You work highly collaboratively and enjoy finding common ground with your stakeholders
  • You are very good at written and spoken English
  • German or Englisch language fluency required
