VP Global Partnerships & Alliances

Amsterdam − Chemnitz − Dresden − Cologne − New York − London − Munich

As the VP Global Partnerships & Alliances, you will be responsible for driving revenue with new and existing partners by developing, overseeing, and executing a global partnership strategy. This position requires an individual with several years of leadership experience in managing a global team, collaborative partnering, and sales skills who can build and grow an existing team. You will be responsible to create and evangelize a global go-to-market strategy with our partners. This work will also require regular international travels. 

We offer a full-time permanent position and this role is to be located at one of our offices in New York, Amsterdam, Cologne, Dresden or Chemnitz.


Team Management:

  • Manage a global team consisting of head-ofs, team leaders and individual contributors with a success and revenue-driven approach
  • Identify resource gaps and hire accordingly
  • Strong focus on skill development and career opportunity

Partnerships Oversight and Execution:

  • Development of the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for Staffbase partnerships to drive growth
  • Drive global partner management ensuring reporting and partner-based pipeline management
  • Development of regular reporting to the executive staff and the board of directors
  • Define the KPIs for the business performance (revenue, market share, number of active partners etc.). Track business performance levers for improving KPIs, and champion necessary initiatives to improve KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing a global / remote team
  • Experience in software, and/or web technology companies /leading digital agencies
  • Growth stage company experience strongly preferred
  • Experience analyzing data and insights with an understanding of the role they play in developing and measuring effective partnerships programs
  • Ability to influence partners and alliances with our thought leadership and drive product sales
  • Knowledge of the global tech landscape, solutions and go-to-markets
  • You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
