As a Working Student in our Renewal Management team in Chemnitz, you'll gain hands-on experience in the administrative and operational aspects of contract creation, deal booking, and contract administration. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, providing essential support in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining organized records. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic scale-up.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Renewal Management team in to expand our large customers through administrative assistance.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting standard contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the maintainenance and update essential business templates.
- Organize and maintain contract files and customer records, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Finance, Partner Management, and Sales to gather necessary information and ensure timely contract execution.
- Support the team in current and upcoming projects, contributing to the overall success of the department.
What you need to be successful
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business Administration is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to fit around your academic schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with G-Suite or similar workplace environments; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
