As a working student in the Salesforce Team, you will support the team to bring the Salesforce CRM to the next level. You will gain experience on a wide variety of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Lighting platform along with other supported third-party tools.
- Support in user and role management as well as incident management, change request management, etc.
- Support in new/existing process implementations/enhancements
- Responsible for creating reports, dashboards, data analysis & support for internal stakeholders
- Responsible for the documentation of processes
What we are looking for
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in providing support to end-users
- Great communication skills, strong organizational skills and good knowledge of Google Docs/Slides/Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce or being a Trailblazer would be a huge advantage
- Good English skills, both written and spoken, German would be a plus
