Staffbase is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chemnitz. We’re an international team of Recruiters and Employer Branding Specialists that work together on the mission of shaping Staffbase's future by finding the best talents to join our company. We’re a team of professionals who always aim for the best results, stay on top of talent acquisition trends and have a lot of fun together.

What you'll be doing

  • Become part of an international, engaged and motivated team that is based in Saxony, Berlin and Canada
  • Full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles from the initial kick off meeting with the hiring manager until the final candidate has accepted the offer 
  • Take full ownership of the hiring process to include; reviewing applications, sourcing, interviewing candidates, sharing your feedback with the hiring manager and co-ordinating further interviews, offer negotiation 
  • Provide a great candidate experience to our applicants, guide them through the whole recruiting process, share feedback and be their go-to person with all questions 
  • Write and optimize job descriptions, post them on external job boards and monitor their success 
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on creative ways how we can build up our talent community in Chemnitz and collaborate with Recruiters on projects and initiatives 
  • Participate in job fairs, internal and external recruiting events, and bring in your ideas on how we can build up our presence in the region 
  • Source on LinkedIn and other platforms for new talents, craft appealing outreach messages and conduct screening calls
  • Meet your team for monthly project team days in Saxony, celebrate wins together and collaborate on projects - beside that you’ll join off-sites, team activities and the yearly Staffbase Camp 

What you need to be successful 

  • Relevant previous recruiting experience, for example in a junior or student recruiting role, with a sales or agency background or from a generalist HR role
  • Highly motivated to dive deep into the world of inhouse recruitment in an international, high scaling tech company 
  • The understanding of the impact talent acquisition has on the organizational success
  • Great communication skills, with proficiency in German (C1+) and English (B2+) 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the drive  to take real ownership of your recruiting processes
  • Understanding of the importance of and first touch points with data-drivenness in the daily work
