ERGs and why they matter
ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) are voluntary, grassroots communities led by employees for employees. They’re spaces where people with shared identities, experiences, or interests can come together to connect, support one another, and educate the wider company.
At Staffbase, we support ERGs not just because they build community, but because they drive culture. They help us see and support one another more fully.
ERGs provide safe, supportive spaces where employees can connect around shared experiences and identities, such as parenthood and caregiving, neurodiversity, or LGBTQIA+ inclusion. And they give employees at all levels learning opportunities and a way to lead with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.

LGBTQIA+ — For the community and allies
This is a safe space to celebrate identity, promote allyship, and support LGBTQIA+ employees across Staffbase’s global workforce. From Pride events and resource sharing to celebrating the Christopher Street Day together, this group is about showing up and standing up, together.

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) at Staffbase
Our BIPOC ERG fosters a supportive community for employees from diverse backgrounds. It’s a group to connect, share lived experiences, and celebrate heritage. By elevating BIPOC voices within our organization, this group plays a key role in shaping a more inclusive culture and informing internal policies, hiring practices, and awareness initiatives that reflect our values of equity and representation.
EmpowerHer – Women’s ERG
EmpowerHer is our dedicated space for women across all roles and levels to come together, share experiences, and support one another’s personal and professional growth. From mentorship programs to self-defense courses, EmpowerHer drives conversations around gender equity, safety in public spaces, and career advancement. The group empowers women while fostering a workplace where everyone benefits from inclusive leadership.

Neurodiversity
Our Neurodiversity ERG champions the strengths and perspectives of employees who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive variations. It works to increase understanding, advocate for inclusive work environments, and break down stigmas. This group reminds us that innovation flourishes when different ways of thinking are embraced—and that true belonging means being seen, heard, and supported in how we work best.
Cycling
What began as a shared love for cycling has grown into a community that promotes wellness, connection, and sustainable living. Our Cycling ERG encourages active commuting, organizes group rides, and supports local initiatives. It brings together colleagues in a fun and healthy way while sparking broader conversations about the sport and how we can reduce our carbon footprint.
