As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and brand growth through innovative and effective digital marketing strategies. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, refining our marketing funnel, and leveraging data to maximize performance. What you'll be doing

  • Planning, implementing, and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search (Google & Bing Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms), Display, and programmatic channels.
  • Developing and executing strategies for lead acquisition, lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and brand awareness across digital platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize ROI.
  • Creating, testing, and refining ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and sales, to align digital campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing, leveraging new tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation to drive the highest-quality leads.
  • Analyzing customer data and segmentation to inform campaign strategies and increase engagement.
  • Presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

What you need to be successful 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in running paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about digital marketing, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and tactics.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings effectively.
