As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative DACH at Staffbase, you will play a critical role in developing our pipeline & revenue. This role will report to the SDR Director in Europe.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engage proactively with new and existing clients to grow the sales pipeline
  • Qualify Enterprise accounts using consultative techniques
  • Contact potential prospects through multiple channels to cultivate relationships in complex accounts
  • Work alongside our senior Account Executives to progress complex opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive quality pipeline through ABM at high win rates
  • Become an Internal Communication expert and evangelist
  • Shine as an Outbound prospector, bringing creative pipeline-generation ideas to the wider Team

What you need to be successful

  • University degree or professional training in business administration/economics/communication o.e. 
  • Min. 2 year experience in Sales/SDR/Other prospect-facing roles (incl. SE, Recruitment, Customer Service, Customer Success)
  • Positivity, high energy, confidence, self-motivation, resilience, curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and high attention to detail
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • A competitive team player who loves celebrating successes together
  • Business Fluent German and English language skills
