Hey there! We're on the lookout for talented Frontend Engineers to join our Staffbase team and help us build an awesome internal communications platform. We are looking for empathetic team players who are motivated by growth and ownership.
As part of our tech stack, we are using: React.js, Typescript, Javascript, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, Terraform, Docker and Playwright to name a few.

What you’ll be doing
- Improve and develop both our web-based clients, including native apps, and our RESTful web services.
- Add exciting new features to our existing application to help customers realize their communication strategies.
- Work in a cross-functional Scrum team and produce high-quality, tested code.
- Promote and represent your ideas within the team and to stakeholders.
- Give and receive valuable feedback in our code review process and continuously learn and share knowledge with your peers.
- Take ownership for the topics you care about, from the features you produce to the quality of our work and the environment we work in.
- You work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible.
What you need to be successful
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A hands-on mentality—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Passion for the things you build and the desire to make a meaningful difference.
- Being open to feedback and taking ownership of your work are essential.
- You have experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Javascript and have a passion for Test-Driven Development.
- Preferably, you have worked in an agile environment before.
- You value quality as well as clean code and enjoy learning new things.
- Good English communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You're not shy about having an opinion and expressing it.
- You’re willing to stand up for your ideas and contribute to impactful development.
