We are currently seeking a skilled Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team to assist in managing high-value projects and ensuring excellent communication between our team and our clients.

This is a six-month, fixed term contract, based in Minneapolis- St. Paul.

Role Overview:

The Implementation Project Manager will support our customers in North America! In this role, you will work with our largest segment of customers to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results within agreed upon timeframes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from handover to closure. This position requires a proactive leader who can provide frequent status updates to both internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee, and deliver implementation projects in partnership with a Staffbase Implementation Consultant and Technical Consultant.
  • Manage project scope and timeline to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating clear and timely information exchange between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Implementation Project Manager will collaborate with both the Account team and the Onboarding team to ensure the seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular status updates on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities, managing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in regular project meetings.
  • Meet or exceed targets of project goals for on-time delivery and utilization
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure project documentation is complete and stored appropriately.



What you need to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of managing large-scale projects (over $300,000).
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in providing status updates at both a detailed and executive level.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
