Our Intermediate Graphic Designer role entails the complete design of a diverse range of materials that support our branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, online communication, and internal communication. As an intermediate position, you should possess a considerable amount of experience in different media and skills. You will be an important part of our team, enhancing the speed and efficiency of our workflow as you assist stakeholders and other team members.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working within a team that thrives on candor, continuous learning, and creative collaboration within the team and with the rest of the company
  • Understanding and owning design requests, tasks and projects from beginning to end
  • Collaborating with open-minded people across multiple teams to create great assets and improve the way we work
  • Conceptualizing and creating graphic, web and motion design assets for social media, advertising, whitepapers, brochures, ebooks, webinars, web pages and videos following the style of our brands and their guidelines
  • Starting to see our job beyond execution and learning how to advise stakeholders and teammates in scope, ideation and resources to create engaging and amazing lead-gated resources to support our marketing and audience-building campaigns
  • Nurturing our team around best practices for cross-team collaboration between our team and the stakeholders to bring their goals to life
  • Analyzing the success of creatives and creating new iterations based on feedback and data to raise the bar and quality of our work
  • Being able to communicate (clearly and effectively) scope and ideas with the team to improve the quality of the work at hand and build strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders
  • Start defining what you are looking for as a creative person and the best setup to strive for it
  • Contributing towards the direction of our brand's visual identity, communication and strategy

What you need to be successful

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, motion or communications design
  • Advanced experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects 
  • Strong graphic and motion design, video-editing and visual messaging skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of design principles, typography and layouting
  • Experience in web design is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
  • Excellent self organizational and project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
