We are looking for a Senior Tech Product Manager to join our product group owning the technical foundation of the Staffbase platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be in the driver’s seat, shaping the tech strategy and improving the foundation for leading employee comms products.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing a deep understanding of the technical foundation of Staffbase and the associated products. Then spreading and using that knowledge to discover new product opportunities for our domains.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams of the Foundations Unit. You will continuously identify relevant problems and enable your teams to solve them in an impactful and sustainable way.
- Together with your teams of engineers, you will lead the effort of scoping, prioritizing and managing the roadmap and backlog for your product area considering market and customer feedback (both internal & external). Evangelizing your domain narrative and aligning your efforts with the overarching company strategy.
- Based on your experience and the feedback you gather from customers and additional stakeholders we will shape the technical roadmap and strategy together.
- Your domains will range from internal tooling to security over infrastructure and beyond.
What you need to be successful
- 4+ years of experience in the SaaS B2B segment
- Strong technical background with demonstrated knowledge of technologies used in SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated experience in working in an agile environment
- Clear ownership and follow-through for the domain, holding the team to the same standards
- Strategy and communication is part of your daily toolkit. Having the ability to both communicate mid-term (3-month outlook) as well as long term (1 year roadmap) for your product area to a diverse audience
- Proven track record of using data and metrics guiding your decision
- Experience in SaaS solutions handling employee communication or similar
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage with engineers, designers, data scientists, company leaders, and other stakeholders.
