Staffbase is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team in North America. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue. You’ll work hands-on with our marketing tech stack, help drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes.

Important: This is a hybrid role based in our Minneapolis-Saint Paul co-working space. Core in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday, with a minimum expectation of 1 in-office day per week during those core days.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
  • Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
  • Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
  • Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
  • Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or demandbase) 
  • Some experience using Tableau
  • An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
  • A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language
  • Comfort working with data, platforms, and process documentation
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
