As a Working Student in Strategic Campaign Management, you will play a key role in supporting our team to coordinate stakeholder collaboration, organize campaigns, and drive seamless communication. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing your studies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Join key campaign conversations, actively listen to capture takeaways, and ensure clear updates are shared with the team and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Progress Tracking and Follow-Up: Track campaign tasks and milestones, follow up on next steps, and ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Project Management: Support the planning and organization of multiple campaigns, ensuring goals are clearly defined and all contributors are aligned.
  • Presentation Creation: Create engaging, well-structured slides to communicate essential campaign details during kickoffs, updates, and meetings.

What you need to be successful

  • Currently enrolled in your last year in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to understand and adapt to different stakeholder communication styles.
  • Excellent organization and task management skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in creating presentations (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides) with attention to structure and design is a nice to have.
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm.
