We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to use their delivery and technology experience for client implementations of Staffbase. You have worked for several years as a consultant or in a similar role before, and understand the value of nurturing client relationships. This role is focused on making sure that new and existing Staffbase customers have an outstanding experience adopting the Staffbase platform. Your job is to see the world from the customer's eyes and make sure they can move their content and comms processes into Staffbase.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, managing project plans and resources throughout both onboarding and growth phases.
- Develop comprehensive plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs for each engagement.
- Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Staffbase core products.
- Apply Staffbase best practices and industry-specific expertise to customer implementations.
- Collaborate with Sales to scope, estimate, and draft Statements of Work for new projects.
- Guide customers on leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs to meet their use cases.
- Facilitate customer-facing workshops and develop technical deployment plans.
- Identify and address technical roadblocks for organization-wide Staffbase platform rollouts.
- Foster internal knowledge exchange and enablement for colleagues and partners, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
What you need to be successful
- Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions(SaaS)
- Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong application functional expertise, expertise in business application deployment cycles, and strong account management expertise.
- Project management experience
- Self-motivated team player ready to embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You have excellent presentation skills for presenting both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts.
- You have experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT executives and organizations.
- Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations is a plus: SAP, Workday, Single Sign-on, Active Directory, etc.
- Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years of client-facing experience
