What you'll be doing

  • Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from outbound to final contract closing
  • Effective management of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP
  • Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
  • Acquisition of new customers of various sizes and industries (depending on your experience level)
  • Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams
  • Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
  • Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams
  • Contributing your own ideas and strategies

What you need to be successful

  • Several years of experience in a B2B sales role – ideally in software/SaaS sales
  • Strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
  • High emotional intelligence and strong ability to identify and understand customer needs
  • Passion, humor and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong closing abilities
  • Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills
