We're looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed Web UX Designer to join our Web team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, performance, and experience. You'll collaborate closely with our front-end and back-end developers, our Digital Marketing Manager (CRO), and stakeholders from Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Global Campaigns. You'll also work hand-in-hand with our Brand & Design team. Our core platform is Storyblok, and we design primarily in Figma. You'll play a foundational role in shaping how users experience our brand on the web, and you'll have the freedom to own the UX vision while being embedded in a strong, collaborative Web team.
What you'll be doing
- Own and evolve the user experience of key web properties (product website, blog, landing pages)
- Translate briefs and early-stage input into compelling page layouts and design concepts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with web devs, marketers, and designers to define, prototype, and implement UX solutions
- Contribute to CRO workflows by helping to design and interpret A/B tests, identify UX bottlenecks, and apply learnings to continuously optimize for conversions
- Work with Storyblok to build and maintain pages via a component-based system
- Collaborate with the Brand & Design team to request assets and ensure they align with UX goals
- Uphold and evolve design systems in collaboration with brand and dev teams
- Work with agile teams and sprint-based delivery
- Advocate for users, understand constraints, and know when to push or pivot
What you need to be successful
- 3+ years of experience in web UX/UI design, ideally in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
- A sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and interaction design, with a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX and polished UI
- Strong proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred, but others like Webflow, Framer, or Sanity are welcome)
- You understand responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance best practices
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly explain design decisions, give and receive feedback, and collaborate with both creatives and engineers
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization tools, or CRO methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer handoff workflows is a plus
- Experience collaborating with Brand & Design teams on asset creation and visual consistency is a plus
