We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our growing product team. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, shaping product strategy, and driving major initiatives that have company-wide impact. As a Principal Product Manager, you will work across teams and functions to ensure our products deliver meaningful value to customers and align with our long-term vision.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and drive the strategy for critical product areas with high business impact and complexity.
- Identify and solve complex customer and business problems through innovative solutions.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle on a new AI based product from discovery and definition, through launch, evolution and end of life .
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Influence at all levels, working closely with senior leadership to align roadmaps with company goals.
- Role model for, mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to the growth of our product management culture.
- Leverage data, user research, and market insights to make informed, forward-thinking decisions.
What you need to be successful
- 8+ years of experience in product management, in SaaS or technology companies, with experience in B2B product creation and delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex product initiatives that drive significant customer and business outcomes.
- A strong commercial mind set; the ability to define vision and strategy, with a data-informed and customer-centric mindset that delivers product roadmaps that enable meeting or exceeding revenue targets, while also managing the level of investment needed to generate profit
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work effectively across all levels and disciplines.
- Deep experience with modern product discovery, delivery, and iteration practices.
- Comfort operating with autonomy, taking ownership of large problem spaces and ensuring that all key aspects are covered.
- Experience mentoring and coaching other PMs (without direct people management responsibilities).
