The Global GTM Enablement & Productivity function at Staffbase is represented by 17 people in 6 countries. The team drives GTM enablement, revenue operationalisation strategy and programme management to empower skills, abilities and stellar execution across the GTM organization - Sales, Customer Success and Partners. The mandate is to be a strategic business partner for the whole revenue organization in our endeavor of developing a legendary SaaS GTM team; a team that supports companies changing the game with Communication. The team is a key contributor to the revenue leadership and a catalyst for unlocking productivity and best practices across the customer engagement journey for Staffbase.

As the Senior Director, Global GTM Enablement, you will be leading the GTM Enablement team globally to support the growth impact and productivity of the Sales and Customer Success organizations. You will be responsible for the strategy-aligned execution of enablement planning and initiatives, leading the optimisation of the knowledge, training and materials that the GTM teams need to succeed. A key part of the role, will als be taking part in delivering projects contributing to the quality and efficiency of our global GTM enablement & productivity function. This will be a cross-functional role, working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Take both a strategic and hands-on role in planning and executing our GTM Enablement strategy regionally and globally
  • Lead a team of GTM Enablement professionals across our offices
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, operations, marketing and GTM Strategy to execute the GTM Enablement strategy and function in the region supporting commercial success, productivity and efficiency
  • Lead and contribute to global and regional projects relating to the development, delivery and training of effective GTM playbooks in tight collaboration with GTM leadership, revenue operations and product marketing
  • Oversee and drive the team's contribution to the Sales and Customer Success enablement content repository and ensuring that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development of enablement tools and generate materials leading to higher productivity of our GTM teams
  • Coordinate and lead the training of GTM teams on best use of marketing and Sales/Customer Success enablement materials
  • Monitor and optimize the regional GTM enablement team results and contribution towards the company KPIs
  • Coordinate initiatives for individual coaching and team coaching based on information gathered from GTM cadence metrics, funnel metrics, reviewing email correspondence and listening to sales calls in Outreach and Gong
  • Oversee the team's contribution to creation and facilitation of onboarding program for new hires in the GTM Organisation
  • Set structures for gathering feedback from the teams on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement programs and results

What you need to be successful 

  • Min 5+ years experience in an enablement type function (GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, Operations)
  • Min 2+ years of leadership experience in a Sales or GTM enablement type function (GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, Operations)
  • Superior communication and facilitation skills
  • High degree of initiative and creativity
  • A passion for learning, empowerment and all things sales and GTM performance and productivity
  • Ability to lead and coordinate the design, build and execution of enablement programs
  • Business fluent English language skills, German is a big plus
  • Experience working in sales and/or with sales/revenue teams is a plus
  • Flexibility with travel to our global office locations
