We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our product group helping companies and communicators to reach employees with internal communication. This is an exciting opportunity to support the accelerated growth of our product organization. You will be part of a product domain that is the home of 1000s of employee communication professionals - where user experience is key to our success. What you’ll be doing 

  • Coordinate and improve our main product processes which are release management, planning, roadmapping 
  • Aggregate data from a variety of sources and make it available to product teams so that they are able to make data-informed decisions
  • Capture and integrate feedback from the organization on how to improve the way we build industry leading products at Staffbase
  • Identify and integrate industry best practices and tools that the product team will use to deliver lasting value to our customers and business, including the management of tools the product team will be using
  • Track and support strategic product initiatives to ensure we are keeping up momentum to deliver progress. This includes program management support on key initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure that decisions are effectively implemented and progress is monitored in alignment with our overarching product objectives
  • Serve as an interface with the customer-facing teams at Staffbase, fostering the collaboration between them and product teams
  • Play a central role in coordinating the tasks, schedules, and communications of a small and ambitious team

What you need to be successful

  • Prior experience working in the SaaS industry (minimum 3+ years), preferably in a product management or operations role, to understand the unique challenges and dynamics of the business
  • Ability to connect data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, driving data-informed decision-making within the product organization
  • Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive product initiatives forward and achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while effectively managing resources and mitigating risks
  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence within the product organization
  • Ability to think strategically and align product operations initiatives with overall company goals and objectives, driving long-term value creation and competitive advantage in the market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and driving consensus across teams
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business requirements while maintaining a high level of performance and resilience
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
