What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll:

  • Lead & Manage a team of agile & organisational coaches who work across our Product (Product, Engineering and Design) organisation assisting in the delivery of key cross organisational initiatives. 
  • Mentor and guide coaches and program leads, providing leadership, feedback, and coaching and being a role model.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven track record as a Program Leader in the area of software development.
  • Experience of managing people, including providing direction, feedback and coaching.
  • Expertise and experience in agile and project/program management approaches and frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and potentially influence without authority to drive business value.
  • Proven track record of overseeing multiple initiatives at a time.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings and team decisions making in cross functional groups.
  • Commitment and proven proactivity to improving operational and delivery efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to both extract and provide clarity in complex multi team environments.
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion, and the ability to foster a culture where the team can move forward at speed while ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and they can contribute their best.
