What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll:
- Lead & Manage a team of agile & organisational coaches who work across our Product (Product, Engineering and Design) organisation assisting in the delivery of key cross organisational initiatives.
- Mentor and guide coaches and program leads, providing leadership, feedback, and coaching and being a role model.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Proven track record as a Program Leader in the area of software development.
- Experience of managing people, including providing direction, feedback and coaching.
- Expertise and experience in agile and project/program management approaches and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and potentially influence without authority to drive business value.
- Proven track record of overseeing multiple initiatives at a time.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings and team decisions making in cross functional groups.
- Commitment and proven proactivity to improving operational and delivery efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to both extract and provide clarity in complex multi team environments.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion, and the ability to foster a culture where the team can move forward at speed while ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and they can contribute their best.
