The Customer Experience Team (CX) is responsible for delivering a positive, meaningful experience to our customers throughout their journey with Staffbase. CX is working closely with the CSMs to better understand what our customers need and to create content according to this. The team develops the e-learning platform and its content, which enable our customers to maximizes the functionality of their app and therefore get the best return for their investment.
