Customer Success Managers are in charge of building and maintaining a strong relationship with assigned customers by delivering outstanding customer experience. As their trusted advisor you will be providing both consultative and strategic advice on to ensure they are successful with the product and achieving their business goals. You are in close collaboration with other teams such as product, sales and marketing to help identify and uncover new expansion opportunities.
