As a Working Student in Product Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our product team in the development, optimization, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products run efficiently and effectively. You’ll gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing your studies.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist the Product Operations team in improving and maintaining product lifecycle processes (Release, Planning and Roadmapping processes).
- Ensure our processes are well documented and accessible to all stakeholders
- Drive the idea management process where customers can share ideas for improvement with us
- Understand existing product management practices at Staffbase and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve them
- Support the Product Operations team with ad hoc projects and tasks, including data analysis, research, and special assignments
What you need to be successful
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Interest in product management and operations
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with problem-solving and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
