LTIP stands for Long Term Incentive Plan. As a team member of our Tokyo team, you are eligible for unit-based equity. As part of that employees receive units (based on job level) that have no initial value, but will crystalize upon an exit event and turn into cash. An exit event is a public listing of Staffbase or an acquisition by another company.
This aligns your personal success with the long-term growth of the company, offering potential financial rewards far beyond a standard salary.
