Our Open Positions as Account Executive in New York City

Have you ever wondered what the different account segments at Staffbase mean? We've got you covered! At Staffbase, account segments are based on company size. As an Account Executive in the Corporate segment, you work with companies that employ no more than 5,000 people. Companies in the Enterprise segment employ 5,000–20,000 people, while Large Enterprise companies have more than 20,000 employees.

We offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan).

Flexibility

We offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608.

Homeoffice

Growth Budget

All employees get a yearly budget for external training of $1100 and one day off for growth per year (increase to two days in 2nd year).

Recharge & Wellbeing

We offer 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August. Our monthly Wellbeing Allowance is $40, and can be used from fitness to mental health and hobbies to relaxation.
