We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will primarily focus on maintaining data integrity and hygiene within our Salesforce CRM. Additionally, a key responsibility of this role will be to ensure the fair and efficient distribution of inbound marketing leads to our Sales Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 

This is a 6 month contract role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce database to ensure data integrity and hygiene
  • Develop and implement lead assignment rules to fairly distribute inbound marketing leads to the SDR team.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish lead qualification criteria
  • Monitor lead distribution processes to identify and address issues or bottlenecks
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to lead distribution and sales performance
  • Support data quality maintenance and perform adjustment processes in Salesforce
  • Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation that enables user training on all revenue related systems
  • Provides support for communications to sales team members on process and tool adoption/optimization

What you’ll come with

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and analyze data to drive decision making.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail around documentation and data quality

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary per year. In addition, Staffbase provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, equity, paid parental leave, an employee growth budget, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness days, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
