This Privacy Policy Youtube API (this “Policy”) describes how Staffbase collects, uses, and shares personal data with Youtube when you interact with YouTube videos on our webpages or when you, on behalf of a Staffbase customer, use YouTube functionalities via the Staffbase platform. 

Applicability of the Google Privacy Policy

Staffbase uses YouTube API Services. Data obtained from the YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy. By using or interacting with Youtube functionality on the Staffbase webpages or on our platform you agree to the applicability of the Google Privacy Policy to such use.

Collecting and using your Personal Data

Subject to this Privacy Policy, our webpage and platform use Google API Services (including YouTube API Services) to access and collect data from your YouTube account. Staffbase does not use or distribute any of your personal data to third parties. 

Youtube API Terms of Use

By interacting with the available YouTube functionalities you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, found at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. 

Staffbase Data Processing Agreement

For clarity, Staffbase customers are considered the data controller of customer personal data processed by Staffbase to provide the Staffbase services to customers. The processing of personal data by Staffbase for the provision of the Staffbase services, is governed by the Staffbase Data Processing Agreement (found at: https://staffbase.com/legal/dpa) or any other data protection agreement entered into by Staffbase and the customer.

* Communications Control: remove data or revoke access

If you wish to revoke Communications Control’s access to your YouTube data, you can delete your connected YouTube-Channel in Communications Control through Settings > Content Settings > Channels, select the respective channel and delete it. You can also revoke the access connection from Communications Control API Client through the Google Security Settings page for your connected Google account (https://security.google.com/settings). If the access to YouTube API has been revoked, data will be deleted immediately.
