Our story

Great ideas can come from anywhere

Staffbase was founded in Chemnitz in 2014, not in Silicon Valley, not in Berlin, but in a city most people in tech hadn't heard of. That was the point. We've always believed that world-class work doesn't require a famous postcode. Today, we're still founder-led, trusted by over 1,500 enterprises worldwide, and recognized as an industry leader by analysts and customers alike.

Our teams work across Chemnitz, New York, Berlin, London, and beyond. They are hybrid, flexible, and connected through a shared belief that the best ideas win, no matter where they come from.
