1. Der Startschuss

Im Januar 2017 startete MAN Truck & Bus ein Pilotprojekt der Mitarbeiter-App myMAN für 10.000 Mitarbeiter*innen am Standort München. Die App wurde dabei eingesetzt, um auch die Mitarbeitenden ohne Schreibtisch-Arbeitsplatz zu erreichen und fungierte als reines Kommunikationstool. Anwendungsfälle der App waren News, Formulare und Seiten.

2. Der Launch

Durch all diese Maßnahmen wurde der Startschuss gesetzt, um eine kritische Masse an Nutzer*innen der App zu erreichen und den Weg zum Erfolg des Projekts zu ebnen.

Mit kreativen Gamification-Ansätzen arbeitete das Team langfristig daran, neue Nutzer*innen zu gewinnen. Zum Beispiel wurde als Dezember-Highlight ein Adventskalender in der App abgebildet, in dem die Nutzer*innen unter anderem eine Reise nach Bilbao zum Launch der neuen Truck-Generation gewinnen konnten.

3. Das Großprojekt

2019 war es dann so weit: Der Intranet-Relaunch für rund 40.000 Mitarbeiter*innen stand in den Startlöchern. Das Staffbase Intranet wurde als Erweiterung der App eingeführt. Dies war problemlos über ein Upgrade möglich.

Die Inhalte des Intranets werden in der App gespiegelt, welche auch weiterhin als Informationskanal für die Blue-Collar-Worker fungiert.

4. Der Ist-Zustand

Das Employee Experience Intranet von MAN Truck & Bus ist heute die Startseite für alle MAN-Mitarbeiter*innen im Büro. Beschäftigte aus der Produktion, dem Lager oder im Service haben über die App Zugriff auf die gleichen Informationen.

Das Ziel, mit den beiden Kanälen eine möglichst hohe Reichweite und Durchdringung zu erreichen, ist dem Kommunikationsteam gelungen.
