Building the platform employees actually use

From research to design to roadmap, this team shapes the product our customers run their companies on.

What it takes to build the platform

Staffbase sits at the heart of how our customers communicate with their employees. That comes with real complexity: a core product, APIs, and a partner and integration ecosystem that all have to work together. Getting that right takes more than good ideas. It takes understanding what customers actually need, turning that into experiences people want to use, and bringing it all together into a roadmap that moves the platform forward. This team works closely with customers to understand their reality, and with each other to keep that work running smoothly, so the result is an AI-native Employee Experience Platform that actually serves the people who rely on it.

Four roles, one product

Different disciplines, one shared goal — build a platform that actually works for the people using it.

Product Research

Product Research starts with a simple question: what do customers actually need? You'll talk to customers directly, dig into how they really use the platform, and turn that into insight the rest of the team can act on — not just a report nobody reads.

Product Design

Product Design turns research into something people want to use. You'll shape the experiences that make a complex platform feel simple, working closely with Research and Management to make sure what gets built actually solves the right problem.

Product Management

Product Management brings it all together into a roadmap that moves the platform forward. You'll balance what customers need, what's technically possible, and what matters most right now. Then make the calls that decide what gets built next.

Product Operations

Product Operations keeps the whole team running. You'll build the processes, tools, and data that let Research, Design, and Management do their best work without friction — the kind of role where good work is often invisible, but everything slows down without it.

Why Staffbase

It's easy to build a feature nobody asked for when you're three layers removed from the people using your product. That's not how Product works at Staffbase. Research talks to customers directly. Design tests with real users, not just internal opinions. Management prioritizes based on what actually matters to the organizations relying on this platform every day — not just what's interesting to build. The result: you'll always know who you're building for, and you'll get to see the impact firsthand.
