Outdated Communication

Previous email communication was not engagingly designed. Important information only reached the company’s 1000 worldwide employees through Outlook, leaving both the workforce and the communications department less than satisfied.

Even though the team was already using modern tools like video, the success of these efforts could not be measured with Outlook. As a result, the team was unable to showcase the effectiveness of their communication to leadership or demonstrate their contribution to the overall communication strategy.
