Help companies actually use what they bought

From onboarding to renewal, this team turns every customer interaction into a reason to stay, making sure customers get real value.

The work doesn't stop when the deal closes

Closing a deal is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it. Once a customer signs with Staffbase, our Customer team takes over — onboarding them, driving adoption, solving technical questions along the way, and making the case, year after year, for why Staffbase is still the right choice. That work looks different depending on the customer: a global enterprise with complex integration needs is different from a fast-moving mid-market company rolling out its first employee app. Different customers, different industries, same standard: real value, not just a signed contract.

Why Staffbase?

Every customer is a different puzzle

No two customers at Staffbase look the same. Whether you're working with a global enterprise or a fast-growing mid-market company, every organization brings its own industry, culture, and challenges to solve. That variety is what keeps the work interesting — across our team as a whole, and within the accounts you personally support.

After starting my career as an educator, where we obviously place an enormous value on learning, I didn't expect to find a workplace in the corporate world where the management would be so invested in my professional growth. Throughout my onboarding and beyond, my manager has been wonderful about calling out my successes, challenging me in areas of growth, and providing constructive, clear feedback on how to continue improving.

Customer Success Manager

I decided to use the AI tools Staffbase gives us to build a justification for a customer to add a service package to their contract. It didn't just help that one customer — my whole team now uses it, so nobody has to reinvent the wheel. That's the kind of place Staffbase is: it looks out for its own, rewards you for what you do, and challenges you to keep growing.

Four roles, one customer journey

From onboarding to renewal, here's who's involved — and what each role actually owns.

Implementation Consultant

The relationship starts here. Implementation Consultants onboard new customers, working closely with a Technical Consultant to get the platform set up around how each organization actually communicates. Get this right, and everything that follows — adoption, satisfaction, renewal — gets easier.

Technical Consultant

Technical Consultants pair with Implementation Consultants to design the technical rollout for customers. You'll run discovery workshops, advise on integrations with systems like Microsoft, SAP, and Workday, and remove roadblocks standing between a signed contract and company-wide launch.

Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Managers manage the ongoing relationship. You'll drive adoption, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and own renewals — making sure customers keep getting real value from Staffbase, and keep choosing to stay and grow with us.

Customer Care Agent

When a customer has a day-to-day question, Customer Care is who they reach. You'll solve real problems quickly, making sure small issues stay small instead of becoming reasons to leave.
